Once we have received the product(s) and checked that they comply with the requirements detailed above, MEDDSHOES will refund the price you paid for the product(s). MEDDSHOES is entitled to withhold the initial delivery costs. The direct costs of returning the product(s) will be paid by you, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or quality issue, in which case MEDDSHOES is responsible for the costs of returning the product(s).

If the product is returned as a result of a manufacturing defect or quality issue for which MEDDSHOES is responsible, we will refund the full amount paid within 10 business days. The refund will be automatically made to the credit card or account indicated by the customer, depending on the payment method used by the customer.
